PERSONAL TRAINING

 

If you don’t like too many  people around when you are training, want to accelerate
your progress or just too busy to come to class, why not try personal  training?
Using a personal trainer, whether it’s for one session, one month, or one year, is one
of the best things that anyone can do for themselves because it allows the focus to be
on you. It’s wonderful to learn what your body needs and what exercises your body
reacts to through someone who has immense knowledge of fitness and
health. It’s a personal cheerleader  and honest critic who wants you to succeed,
whether you’re just looking for a good workout or working towards a specific goal.

PACKAGES

 

Bronze –  training once a week, you are generally in good physical condition but looking for a bit of guidance and encouragement with your training.  We guide you through a weekly programme which you can repeat on your own during the week.

Silver – training twice a week, you are looking to make major improvements to your body and fitness, mainly body reshaping and fat/weight loss.  Training is more intense than in Bronze programme.

Gold – training thrice a week, you have never really trained in your life or you haven’t trained in many years.  You haven’t got a clue where to start and need to make immediate improvement to your health and wellbeing for health reasons. We start you with basic fitness exercises and guide you through to meet regular short term goals, if necessary with the co-operation of your GP.

Personal training/class mix—all the benefits of Silver and Gold Packages but you have one or two sessions in the Boxfit classes instead of Personal training. Suitable for those who like a bit of social interaction.

Specific goal package (4-12 weeks) Do have that special event coming up that you need to get in shape for? Whether its a wedding, birthday party, holiday or Bar mitzvah, we are here to help. Just contact us for a chat and we’ll help you look good for that special occasion.

Corporate training at Corona Energy.
Pre season fitness training with Winchmore Hill and Enfield Hockey Club

We also offer Personal classes (for up to six people) and half hourly HIIT sessions as well as after school clubs for local schools.
Corporate and specific group accounts are also welcome.  Examples are Corona Energy in Watford, Winchmore Hill and Enfield Hockey Club and Millbrook Primary School.
